Spring Lamb Terrine – Fresh Mint, Capers & Beetroot.
Whole Baked Mackerel – (on the bone) New Potatoes, Shaved fennel, Chervil Vinaigrette.
Slow Cooked Pork Belly – Lightly Curried Cauliflower, Bunched Carrots, Raisins & Dill.
Courgette Provencale Tart – Green Olive, Tomato Fondue, Goats Curd.
