We are thrilled to announce the opening of our second venture ROUTE, It is a modern style bistro set in the heart of Newcastle City centre with an ethos of supplying great wines at good prices and unfussy seasonal food. Although a different concept to The Staith House we plan to mirror our ethos of informal dining in a relaxed, informal atmosphere and a focus on clear clean flavours that marry together well, good produce and not forgetting, of course, an EPIC Sunday Lunch!

Expansion is something that John, Kimberley & Jimmy have been planning for some time now, but finding the right location has been key, and they very much look forward to becoming part of Newcastle’s popular Culinary scene as well as a continued focus on The Staith House, which is going from strength to strength with a fantastic team in place.
