During my career as a professional Chef I have always been a regular reader of The Caterer Magazine – As the hospitality industry’s leading magazine I have witnessed the rise of many top chefs and restaurants after featuring within it and have always followed with interest the people and places showcased in their ‘Menu Watch’ feature.
Some of the restaurant industries most respected eateries have featured and its always been an ambition of mine to one day have my own restaurant become part of ‘Menu Watch’ , August 2018 seen our new Modern Bistro ROUTE appear in this very feature, a proud career highlight indeed!
